Owner, Attorney and Certified Contract Advisor

Dudley W. Morton graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science. Following graduation Dudley spent time working on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. and in Chicago for one of the nation’s largest executive recruiting firms. After gaining valuable experience working with national political figures and senior executives in Fortune 500 companies Dudley returned to Denver to attend the University of Denver College of Law. During law school Dudley worked in the sports world for Mark Steinberg at IMG, Inc. Mr. Steinberg serves as Tiger Woods agent and is consistently recognized as one of the most powerful individuals in the sports industry.

Upon graduating from law school Dudley worked for a local law firm for several years before starting his own law practice in 2005. As a licensed, practicing attorney Dudley has countless hours of experience in serving as an effective advocate for his clients. Whether negotiating a contract, closing a business deal or arguing in court, Dudley has continually demonstrated his ability to obtain the most favorable results for his clients.

More recently Dudley partnered with Ryan Clement to form Evolution Sports Management. Over the years Dudley talked to numerous current and former NFL athletes about their professional experiences. Those athletes shared their personal knowledge and insight about the many challenges they faced during and after their playing career. Armed with that knowledge, Dudley and Ryan assembled a team of experienced professionals to ensure that every ESM client receives unparalleled service and attention before, during and after their playing career.


Ryan M. Clement, JD
Owner

Ryan M. Clement - Ryan M. Clement - former University of Miami QuarterbackRyan Clement threw for over 9,000 yards at Mullen High School where he earned All State honors four consecutive years and was named All Colorado for three years. Ryan set state and national passing records including going 21 for 21 in a game, never letting a ball hit the ground. Ryan was one of the highest recruited players in Colorado history with offers from every Division I school in the United States. Ryan was named the Denver Post Gold Helmet Award winner in 1993 and earned a scholarship to The University of Miami(FL). At Miami Ryan led the Canes to a Car Quest Bowl Victory against Virginia in 1996, the first bowl win for the Canes since 1991. Ryan was all Big-East in 1996 outplaying the likes of Donovan McNabb, Matt Hasselbeck, and Mark Bulger. After a four year career that saw Ryan letter at two positions, he ended his career as the fourth all-time leading passer in Miami History.

Ryan saw the world through professional football, earning a spot with NFL Europe’s Scottish Claymores in 1999. From there Ryan was drafted by the Las Vegas Outlaws of the XFL. Vince McMahon declared him the toughest man in football, while playing through pain for most of the season. Ryan had stints in the Canadian Football League, Arena Football, and even played in France. Ryan gained worldly experience and, coupled with his ability to adapt he developed the skills to to negotiate his own contracts.

In 2002 Ryan enrolled at The University of Miami(FL) School of Law, where he earned his law degree in 2005. Ryan has since started his own business coaching quarterbacks and consulting youth, high school, and college ball players on everything from academics to quarterback technique. Category 5 QB Academy boasted 12 of Colorado’s top 18 quarterbacks over the last three years. Ryan also works in politics and philanthropy, successfully proving to be a asset to winning campaigns across Colorado. Ryan is on the Board of Directors for Open Door Youth Gang Alternatives, an after school program for at-risk youth that provides a safe haven for kids who might otherwise find themselves on the streets.

Ryan brings his wealth of experience and knowledge to bear on an underserved community - the collegiate athlete. Ryan brings his legal and negotiating skills to the fore for every ESM client and in doing so helps every ESM client reach their full potential.


Robert L. CoyRobert L. Coy

Robert “Bobby Lee” Coy, a native to Boulder, Colorado, graduated from Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado with 1st Team All-America honors as a second basemen coupled with All-State Football honors as a defensive back. Robert went on to play football at Miami University (OH) prior to pursing a baseball career at Wright State University where he earned New-Comer of the Year honors in the Mid-Continent Conference.

Robert graduated with a BS from Wright State in 1997 and since has proven to be a leading asset for multiple companies. His proven business sense and skill-set drive new business in multiple verticals, always placing his customers first. Robert’s tireless work-ethic and existing relationships into College Football and Major League Baseball round out ESM’S ability to touch any of our clients’ needs.

 

 

 

 

 


Roman Hollowell
Director of Recruiting

Roman Hollowell was a four year letter winner and member of the 2001 University of Colorado Big 12 Championship team. Roman become a member of an elite class of former players when he surpassed the 2,000 yard mark for all purpose yards. At the time of his graduation, Roman ranked second in all time kickoff and punt return yards. In 2001, Roman was a first team All American and first team All-Big 12 return man. Roman became only the second player in CU history to have six hundred yards receiving, punt returns and kick returns in a career. During his playing career Roman received the Bill McCartney Award for special teams achievement and the Derek Singleton Award for spirit, dedication, and enthusiasm.

As Director of Recruiting, Roman is responsible for cultivating relationships with current and prospective ESM clients. Roman blends his unique communication skills, integrity, hard work and dedication to his craft to serve as a value added member of ESM.


Lance Reynolds
President of Player Development

Lance Reynolds - former offensive lineman, Brigham Young UniversityA fixture on the offensive line at BYU, Lance started every game at center during his junior and senior seasons. As a senior, Lance was named team offensive lineman of the year as he anchored an offensive line that provided pass protection for the nation's seventh-ranked offense, averaging 306.3 yards per game and 33.5 points per game, including an average of 46.5 points per game over the Cougars' final four regular-season games. Lance was part of an offensive unit that allowed just over two sacks per game, equaling just one sack every 19.3 attempts. Lance averaged a knock-down every 11.3 plays, including a season-high 16 knock-downs against Air Force and another 12.5 against Wyoming. As a senior Lance was a Rimington Trophy candidate, a Phil Steele's College Football Preview honorable mention preseason All-American, a College Football News and Athlon Sports preseason first-team All-Mountain West Conference selection and ranked among the top-30 players (at any position) in the Mountain West Conference by College Football News.

Professionally, Lance has successfully engaged in real estate, finance, and investment ventures. Lance has ownership interests in multiple companies, including Copper Creek Energy, Inc., an oil and natural gas company based in Canada; Provo International, LLC, a multi-platform investment company based in Provo, Utah. Lance is also a licensed Residential Loan Officer as well as a Police Officer in American Fork, Utah. Personally, Lance is married to Rebecca Ann and has three children. Lance and his family currently reside in Provo, Utah.

K.C. Jones
Financial Advisor - Mutual Service Corp.

K.C. Jones - Financial Advisor, former Denver Broncos offensive linemanBorn in Denver where he grew up a fan of the Broncos, K.C. and his family moved to Midland, Texas when he was 8 years old. As a captain for the storied Robert E. Lee Rebels, he was named the team MVP his Senior season and a 1991 Texas All-State selection at center.

After high school, K.C. chose to accept a full athletic scholarship to the University of Miami. Once there, he became the youngest center in U.M. history, starting all 12 games at age 19. As a Sophomore, he was voted a unanimous First Team All-Big East selection. In 1995, K.C. was voted All-Big East again, despite missing six games due to a knee injury. As a Senior in 1996, he was widely considered the nation's top center, and the post season awards took notice. He was named First Team All-American by the Associated Press, and selected to his third straight All-Big East honor. He was also a semifinalist for both the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Trophy.

After college, K.C. was signed to a free agent contract by his hometown Denver Broncos and spent five seasons with the team, including the Broncos’ Super Bowl XXXII and XXXIII Championship teams. Most recently, K.C. was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame.

During his career with the Broncos, K.C. learned the importance of financial responsibility and discipline, and quickly realized it is the cornerstone upon which success is measured in professional sports. This inspired K.C. to begin his second career as a financial advisor with AXA Advisors. His work at AXA caught the attention of Wachovia Securities who recruited K.C. to develop a proprietary financial planning platform dedicated to helping professional athletes maximize their earning power.

K.C. currently resides in South Florida and is a Senior Financial Advisor with Mutual Service Corporation in Delray Beach. There he develops wealth management strategies for professional athletes and high level executives alike.

This fall, K.C. will begin his third season as color analyst for University of Miami football on Comcast Sports.
